Through our partnership with SNAPPT, we provide an encrypted, FCRA-compliant service that verifies the income of every applicant. This ensures all applicants meet the necessary income requirements before moving forward in the application process.

Our in-depth credit check evaluates credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and financial history. We work with industry-leading services to ensure accurate assessments. Please note, applicants with an open bankruptcy will not be eligible for approval.

Rental History Verification
We believe in maintaining a respectful and responsible community. Our office team verifies rental history to ensure there are no outstanding debts or unresolved issues with previous landlords. We are also exploring new products to further improve this process.
